As a writer, I suppose I should sound weary of spending precious time talking about my work with book clubs, instead of actually working on my new novel. But I don’t care. I’m thrilled to talk to book clubs. I love talking about my book (or maybe I just love talking.) Either way, I’ve had a great time with the book groups I’ve attended so far, so if you’re in a book club and would like to schedule an appearance or a call-in, just let me know.
I will be doing an interview on KPFK’s Radio Intifada, to discuss my book, Hope and Other Dangerous Pursuits. The interview airs live at 3 pm PST in Los Angeles. You can stream the show here.
If you’ve found this site after Bob Johnson’s interview with me on WPKN, welcome. Take a look around at the archives: book reviews, the petri dish, book recommendations, news & politics, personal stuff, etc. And, of course, feel free to write me and let me know what you think.
I’m traveling back to Portland today. It’s been a hectic week here at Moorishgirl, and I apologize for the lack of posts, but I have tons of posts prepared and also lots of news to share so be sure to stop by on Monday. Have a great weekend!
