Bibliotheca Alexandrina

Biblotheca Alexandrina is the website of the new Alexandria library in Egypt, which is dedicated to “recapturing the spirit of the original,” destroyed by fire in the 3rd century B.C. Of the many cool projects it has initiated is the Taha Hussein Library, named after the Egyptian literary icon, and which provides services for the visually impaired.
