Housing Works/Book TV Event

That’s it for me. I will be away in New York for the rest of the week and, among other things, will be participating in a panel on blogs at Housing Works in Soho this Friday at 7 pm. The event is hosted by Dennis Loy Johnson, founder of Mobylives and Melville House Books. Participants include Ron Hogan of Beatrice, George Murray of Bookninja, Jessa Crispin of Bookslut, Maud Newton of, well, Maudnewton, and yours truly. The event is free and open to the public, so why not stop by and say hi afterwards? If you can’t make it, you might be able to catch sometime on Book TV.

The one and only Randa takes over for me on Thursday and Friday, while I’m away. I will be back next week with more book news, commentary, rants and possibly a review or two.
