Intellectual Theft or Fiction

Malcolm Gladwell looks at the case of British playwright Bryony Lavery, who was recently accused of plagiarizing from Dorothy Lewis, author of Guilty By Reason of Insanity. Even though Gladwell plays a central role in the alleged theft, he is rather understanding about the fact that Lavery lifted some passages verbatim from Lewis because of how she used them.
