Happy Ramadan to all my Muslim readers. Alex and I were up cooking until about 1 am last night so that we could just relax today when we entertain friends who will be joining us for the traditional sunset meal. On the menu? Moroccan Harira soup, green salad, and stuffed bell peppers. I may also make a special moroccan milk shake if I have time. This morning, I went to the post office and got some nice Eid stamps, though I probably won’t sit down to write holiday cards for another week or two.
